Product Care
Every Marazim garment carries the memory of many hands — tied, dyed, embroidered and finished through time-intensive artisanal processes. Proper care helps preserve the beauty, texture and longevity of your piece.
Care Instructions
• Dry clean only.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Avoid spraying perfume, deodorant or chemicals directly on the fabric or embroidery.
• Do NOT wring, soak or machine wash.
• Keep embellished garments folded in muslin or soft fabric bags (Like the one provided during delivery)
• Flat iron the garments with a cloth on top to prevent any damage to embellishments and fabric.
Natural Characteristics
Bandhej and handcrafted textiles may feature:
• Minor colour bleeding during the first few cleans
• Variations in dye placement and knotting
• Subtle irregularities in embroidery and texture
These are not flaws, but marks of authentic handmade craftsmanship.
Storage Suggestions
For heirloom pieces and occasion wear:
• Refold garments occasionally to avoid permanent creases.
• Store dupattas separately when heavily embellished/embroidered.
• Avoid hanging heavily embroidered garments for long durations.
With thoughtful care, your Marazim piece is designed to be worn, remembered and passed on as heirlooms.
