RETURN & rEFUND POLICY
At Marazim, every garment is made slowly, intentionally and often customised to your preferences. Each piece passes through the hands of skilled artisans and is created in limited quantities, which makes every order deeply personal and unique.
Made-to-Order Pieces
Most Marazim garments are made-to-order and begin production only after your purchase is confirmed. Because of the customised and handcrafted nature of our work, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges or refunds on confirmed orders.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
We only accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:
• The product delivered is incorrect.
• The product arrives damaged.
• There is a manufacturing defect.
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us with:
• Your order number
• An unpacking video
• Clear photographs of the issue
• A brief explanation of the concern
Once reviewed and approved by our team, we will arrange a replacement, alteration or store credit where applicable.
Important Notes
• Slight irregularities in weave, dye, texture or embroidery are part of the handmade process and should not be considered defects.
• Natural variations in colour may occur due to screen settings, lighting and the handcrafted dyeing process.
• Customised sizing, altered pieces and urgent orders are not eligible for cancellation once production has begun.
• Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of confirmation.
